Eilersen cannot take full credit for the Butterfly sofa. It was envisioned and sketched by Japanese designer Yuzuru Nishiyama in collaboration with Jens Juul Eilersen. The idea behind Butterfly was to create a sofa that could balance formal and informal.

The cushions set the tone for the Butterfly sofa. They are large and comfortable and seem to embrace the frame as the armrest cushions tilt over the side. A beautiful detail is the visible stitching throughout, which makes the sofa a true design testament.

Butterfly is designed around a delicate frame with down-filled seat- and back cushions as well as armrests. The sofa is available as two- and three-seater sofas that come with an armchair.

With its slim body and slender, stainless steel legs, Butterfly is a light sofa, perfectly suited for smaller living rooms or as a soft touch in a dining room or a large kitchen.

Eilersen sofas are the epitome of Danish craftsmanship,
blending exceptional comfort, timeless design, and premium quality.

The Designer Favourite!

The Multi-Lite was first drawn in 1972 when Louis Weisdorf did an exception to his own design custom of using multiple repeating elements. Instead it reflects his passion for diversity. The Multi-Lite pendant has two individual rotating shades and can be transformed into multiple combinations where the light can be directed upwards, downwards or exude an assymetrical art light. The lamp is available in different colors and all the shades are white lacquered inside.
