TREE Table

In 2011, dk3 launched the Tree Table as a natural continuance of the plank table design heritage of the dk3_3 table from 2009. To emphasize the concept of combining wild wood and minimalistic design, dk3 founder and designer Jacob Plejdrup chose to use whole solid wood planks with hand-sanded natural edges, and so a new classic plank table was born.

The Tree Table is a perfectly balanced natural design. On top of the simple steel construction lie solid wooden planks shaped by nature and crafted by the industry's most skilled hands. The table combines true craftsmanship and innovative engineering, and the result is visually striking.

In oak, the Tree Table is always made of two whole planks taken from the same tree trunk. Each plank has its own unique form and structure containing different natural characteristics like knots and small cracks, and the natural edges are gently sanded by hand. Each Tree Table is individually numbered, and a discrete plate on the table edge testifies the originality of the table.

The Designer Favourite!

The Multi-Lite was first drawn in 1972 when Louis Weisdorf did an exception to his own design custom of using multiple repeating elements. Instead it reflects his passion for diversity. The Multi-Lite pendant has two individual rotating shades and can be transformed into multiple combinations where the light can be directed upwards, downwards or exude an assymetrical art light. The lamp is available in different colors and all the shades are white lacquered inside.
