CARE: CAMO Leather HOUE uses CAMO furniture leather which is a semi aniline type that is flexible and soft with an elegant look. The top is slightly corrected and has a thin protective layer. Slight differences between different leather hides are very common. Semi aniline leather will gain small imperfections, discoloration and marks over time leaving a patina on the furniture.

Since leather is a natural material, it needs some care to ensure its long-lasting appeal year after year, generation after generation. We recommend that you follow the steps to maintain the leather: • Avoid placing the leather in direct sunlight or exposing it to extreme heat. • If you spill something on your furniture, use a dry cloth immediately to dab off any excess liquid. • Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush to remove dust. A cloth and a mild soap solution can be used to remove dirt and grime. • If needed, for semi-aniline leather, use a leather protection cream to offer more protection against staining and scratching. This may alter the color of the leather. When applying recommended creams always pay attention to the instructions and test on an inconspicuous area first. Please avoid using any harsh detergents or solvents when cleaning the product

Oil treated furniture HOUE brand furniture is pre-treated with oil from the factory. This protects the surface against moist, dirt and grime. Regular cleaning should be done with a cloth and lukewarm water. Do not use detergents or harsh chemicals on wooden furniture. We recommend maintaining the surface regularly with oil to keep the surface resistant and beautiful. • Clean the furniture as described above and let it dry completely • If the surface is scratched, use a sanding sponge with grit 220. Always sand with the grain of the wood. Remove any dust with a dry cloth • Use a neutral oil for indoor use. The oil should be distributed in an even, thin layer. Use a cloth that does not pill and work in the direction of the grain • Remove excess oil with a dry cloth after 2-3 minutes Before applying any oil to wooden furniture, always read the instructions on the bottle carefully
