Grythyttan Stålmöbler's High Tech Chair, designed by Nils "Nisse" Strinning, is a minimalist, stackable steel chair suitable for both indoor spaces and outdoor use. The High Tech Chair features a steel wire seat and a slender bent steel tube structure that provides a comfortable, gently rocking seating experience. This distinctive steel base is a recurring feature in many of Grythyttan Stålmöbler's chairs. Over time, the galvanized steel parts will acquire a matte surface.

Launched in 1984, the High Tech Chair is part of Nisse Strinning's furniture collection that draws inspiration from the traditions of futuristic and industrial design. The hardwearing steel structure has made the High Tech collection especially popular in outdoor use, but the pieces have later gained popularity in indoor spaces as well. The products are made at Grythyttan Stålmöbler's factory in Sweden.

The Designer Favourite!

The Multi-Lite was first drawn in 1972 when Louis Weisdorf did an exception to his own design custom of using multiple repeating elements. Instead it reflects his passion for diversity. The Multi-Lite pendant has two individual rotating shades and can be transformed into multiple combinations where the light can be directed upwards, downwards or exude an assymetrical art light. The lamp is available in different colors and all the shades are white lacquered inside.
