The S1 sideboard has visible dowelling and other details that reveal the craftsmanship involved in its production. The visible, expertly crafted details are a pleasure to behold, day after day. The sideboard is built without hinges or handles. The doors slide effortlessly in the grooves that hold them in place. There are no metal rails or bearings. And the same applies to the drawers, which run on the shelf that supports them. Again byKATO have gone for a design based on simple, logical, back-to-basics high quality craftsmanship. The type of furniture produced by cabinetmakers in times gone by.

S1 has a modern design language and allows the user to create a personal expression. The doors are reversible and supplied with
black laminate on one side, while the other side of the door is available in a selection of different coloured laminates. Cabinet and
legs are in solid wood. Back panel, partition and shelves in black. The drawers are loose inserts that can be placed on top of a shelf.

The Designer Favourite!

The Multi-Lite was first drawn in 1972 when Louis Weisdorf did an exception to his own design custom of using multiple repeating elements. Instead it reflects his passion for diversity. The Multi-Lite pendant has two individual rotating shades and can be transformed into multiple combinations where the light can be directed upwards, downwards or exude an assymetrical art light. The lamp is available in different colors and all the shades are white lacquered inside.
